Arnold Klassen Brian Booth of Claude Resource and LSG

Very interesting and unsettling to find these two individuals on the board of directors for Claude Resources a nice small gold company up past Flin Flon Sask. This is a much higher grade smaller producer than LSG. The shareholders are very upset the company has a friendly offer to purchase with shares. They feel betrayed. Selling out way too cheap!!! One director Arnold is shown on the board of lsg and Claude Resources. Brain was a former member of LSG now on the board of Claude Resources. The sale of Claude Resources is to a silver company...Silver Standard.
These guys appear to be leading a pack of wolves eating both little shareholders and unsuspecting low cost high grade debt free gold producers.
