Who's good with numbers?
How much would LSG save if the Debentures rolled over to say 4.25% or 3.25%. Hell, in negative interest rates maybe 2.25% backed by Gold.

You can't just roll the debentures. Besides, the share price is high enough that Lake Shore can force conversion. That was always the plan and it is now the Taho plan. Holders have already started to convert their debentures into shares and will continue to do so at an accelerating rate as the meeting date approaches.
