Look to the 52 week high of $28.72 as your guide.  This is pretty much its two year high as well.  My guess is if a deal is coming quick, it won't be for much more than that.  Also do you really want to sit through another quarterly earnings release that seems to show growth, but doesn't impress the market? This seems to be a repeating trend. I can think of a couple of

Nuvei was given a 56 percent premium for their buyout , I am thinking something similar for Lightspeed.

Would not mind a sale at the right price. However even without a transaction, the stock should start an upward trend given its revenue growth, global reduction in interest rates, and solid cash position.
