To be fair, I can't help thinking that the real problem for Lucara is that lack of a sales agreement between deBeers and the govt. I think the problems are 2 .  The slow progress of Clara and the cost of the underground. That said it will get better not because of eira but in spite of her . Don't see what she has brought to the game since she arrived . Wasn't fond of William but he was better than her
