agreed. I'm guessing now however with Botswana's investment in HB, the "uptake" will be 100% of whatever exceptionals are offerred, ala Lucara deal. In conjuction with that I'm guessing they will sell their growing share of diamonds via CLARA, those under $500,000. A CLARA deal probably doesn't get inked/announced until this deal is signed/sealed and delivered. (but I' ...more

If Clara doesn't get a deal with the govt and the lack of producers continues is Clara done ?
