We don't know the details of the DeBeers/Govt sales agreement, but there could well be restrictions in there to prevent Okavango dealing with DeBeers' competitiors. If so, it might be beneficial for Clara (and its Directors/management) to be divorced from Lucara.

maybe this is what the Botswana gov't will be "investing" in ...... clearly it is worth more now then when Lucara bought it ....... was this one big Lundin plan from the start ? Damn, if it was... except for the sp part.....
