From the Q3 report -

"On October 31, 2023, the Company received a short-term extension of the maturity of the WCF and a deferral of the requirement to place $52.9 million in a cost overrun facility (the "COF") to the earlier of the conclusion of discussions with its Lenders or November 15, 2023 (the "Longstop Date"). An earlier extension granted by the Lenders on August 23, 2023, was due to expire on November 1, 2023."

well the 450k shares were issued yesterday to Nemesia. so they are drawing on that funding. (re: SEDI) as we await a further extension, to get the gov't on board to give approval on how we are going to sell the rough. it is now apparent why the company has been issuing these funding "warnings", and why the deal with lenders is ongoing,  as it is clear now that Lucara is in deep ...more
