Why did this anticipated news after market cause share drop

Just wondering with 2 million shares traded? Were those in the know causing panic selling to acquire cheap shares or is the news release after market lead good or bad?

Anyone has some clues what is happening?

Deciding the name of the diamond isn't significant news , the sp normally fluctuates at year end . No story in this .
