Div yield is now close to 6%...

and keeps rising. If shares go down another 40%, we will get a div yield of 10%, not that bad, isn't it.

Holy moly, keeps going down every day by 5-10%. It seems like investors don't see any value. Dividend yield now above 6%. And its going higher, day by day.

They start paying .2 USD every half year. So in total .4 USD per year. This is confirmed, see corporate presentation. Anyway, current dividend yield is 6.21%, sector leading.

Now dividend yield close to 7%. At 10% it will be a bargain. Lets see.

you are right of course on NCM's share of div.. have to wonder if they decide to back off the .40US this year given the POG decline and expenses high..we'll see.. I added trading shares in yesterdays selloff.  People always say I'd add if things sold off or 'waiting for a selloff' .. and they sell off.. and they don't add as fear takes hold or they want to time a ...more

They won't take back the .40 div payment. They got more than 400 mio USD in the bank. Sure, there is gonna be some debt repayment, but still plenty of cash left.  Crazy to see valuations are like 2019 when the mine was not built and there was no production at all. Now they proved constant production results and are in line with costs, but they are not able to create shareholder value ...more
