My feelings exactly, do not understand, on one hand issuing more shares and the other buying back. They seem to believe the price will gyrate and they can take advantage of this, or they want to be able to quickly make an offer to buy some property. This might moderate any huge share price swings, we will see.

I also agree the beauty of Mag is its low share float that last sale of shares was the kiss of death for our share price we did not need it ,dilution is the kiss of death for any companies share price personally they should be using the cash they have to buy up shares on the open market if they we smart they would have been buying back when it was 11/12 bucks a share Canadian.Not really knowing ...more
