Total liabilities - $859,691.000 greater than
Total equity -$685,068,000

It's like going to the hospital , for a heart procedure and then deciding to go out immediately after and do a triathlon , Maxmoe Your doctor might think it was hasty and ill advised

If they don't do it someone else will. That includes current mgmt/board taking it private. I would do it if I could borrow $100 million . You will get taken out for a crummy 4.50 using all that cash to finance it. I've never done a triathlon, but I have had a quadruple bypass . not a fan of either. .
