Who knows? How about not bad or adequate? Mad at stockhouse , I did have 675 poiints starting yesterday and now I have 655 points. Second time , had 17 points removed before. WTF?
Comment by Maxmoe on May 05, 2021 12:49am
Nobody has any idea how those "points" work. I can tell you it is NOT a cumulative count of people that gave you a thumbs up. Besides you can't use them to get a toaster or a coffee anyway so who gives a flying fartknuckle.

I did look it up and evidently after a year , they remove points to keep rewarding recent participation. So much for free anything .If you're a fan of Star Trek DS 9 and Ferengis - one of the rules of A is " Free advice is seldom cheap."

that's nothing...a month ago, I had over 3000, and now I'm at only 200 ish..... and yesterday, I was given a thumbs down.... :(  on a post over on ESI.... :(

That kind of groveling deserves a thumbs up. LOL. I didn't think the thumbs down thingy worked anymore. That and the running count of how many people put you on ignore were my favourites until suxhouse got all woke and spammy.

I have a theory, could management want to keep the stock price low for when it will do a share buyback? Is that a thing not to ever promote the company's good future? Or is the just wishful thinking on my part ?

I have seen instances where mgmt is buying the whole company, not just some of the stock , and prior to their bid the stock price is suspiciously weak. Hudson Bay stores. Hbc is a recent example. I doubt that's going on here, but you never know. If it was, they could have/would have bought it a year ago.

I quickly had a look at the press release, though it's not fantastic, I think it's not so bad either!! Any thoughts?

Debt reduction, reduced losses and increased order book are positives.  Hard to know what market reaction will be given overall context.  I think the SP will go up though, but not as much as last quarter.
