Very healthy amount ,up to 10% ( 7 millin plus) ; the kicker is the amount is capped at $25 million.
However with the stock at $8.36 , in reality they can only buy 3 million shares ( under 5%).
Really gives them wonderful leverage to conduct a very accretive stock buyback especially if the price fall. At this point , my thought is they won't buy many shares especially if the price rises; I could be wrong.

This is a very health sign indeed. Management and the Board must feel pretty confident about the business results. The creditors must also feel pretty good about this situation. There is no doubt that the shares have run up a bit; however, I think the market is viewing Management's ability to execute on their strategic initiatives as being positive and the business conditions are certainly ...more
