Emailed the Company-- ANY OPINIONS OR CAN SOMEONE ELSE ASK ?

Hello. I am a current shareholder and would like to ask some questions regarding the rights being issued to shareholders as of record May 28. I would like to know if the rights are only exerciseable at the company's option in the event of a hostile takeover? AND are they frozen as rights attached to the stock or will they be tradeable as securities on their own. Thanks very much for your time.... ...................... I SHOULD HAVE ADDED ---once the plan is voted on and approved....WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM MAXR
