The way I read it is this: The entitlement (45% cash 55% stock) is $20.3977 in cash and 0.3311 of a BCE common share per MBT share. So if you have 100 MBT shares, you will receive 100*20.3977=2039.77 ...more

Seems the aggregegate value of funds and BCE stock received is about 1% short?  Even my broker couldn't explain why I didn't get the full $40/share. Does anyone know the basis of ...more
