It's about time

This was long overdue. The status quo was unsustainable and still a great dividend. By the sound of it, looks like Allstream will be spun-off or sold in the not to distant future. IMO all positive news.

Yea positive.  A bit of a pull back today. DRIP discount will be eliminated effective after upcoming ex-dividend - that's part of the cash savings as well.
