500 million revenue for Qap's

Cameron has commented several times that Qap's have huge growth potential. He has eluded to the fact that many of the big diagnostic companies are showing a great deal of interest. I think that is mostly the reason for the 4th site so that space where Qap's are being produced now can be expanded and some of the other production can be relocated to the new building

Kind of. I believe the plan is to build up 235 Watline. While that's getting up and running semi automated they get a fourth site and fully automate the whole thing. Then they move full production over to the new building and fully automate 235. Then going forward they could juat keep building more and more of these buildings in rinse and repeat fashion. I've never heard him use $500M as

Agree...but he also seems very open to the idea of being acquired...but acknowledges that there needs to be a "substantial premium" I'm not expecting an offer yet, but I think the capacity ramp-up will make the Company that much more intriguing to buyers and Cameron likely knows this. Just hoping we can get through the general market malaise without dropping too much more.

Agree. I'm very concerned about a takeover which would limit our upside just when we are finally positioned for significant growth. The only saving grace here is it that it really would need to be a significant premium due to the amount of insider holdings. I wish we knew what he thinks that premium is especially since we are ridiculous levels right now. Seems to counter the long standing

It wouldn't be totally up to Mgt. to figure out or determine what a fair premium would need to be.  What are they about 20 some odd % insider owned?  If an offer came in, it would also require an opinion from the institutional holders, as well as the retail holders - in deciding if the premium was fair or not. Of course an acquirer would  ordinarliy prefer that the current

Agree with everything you state. My only point was I would like to know what management thinks the number needs to be knowing what they know about the potential business growth they have been seeing communicated by the diagnostic test makers for QAPs. I know what I think but not what they think and I realize this would need to go the board and shareholders as well. Sounds like they have

I take your point wizzdub.  I think that what mgt. thinks the premium needs to be, varies over time.   Hopefully it is growing as the SP falls. It's clear that there is a wide gulf between its potential and its current trading price.  The problem is, lets be honest,  that it's a rising microcap ($ 20M+ CAD run-rate) with much potential for growth, listed on a Cdn

Well said. Not losing sleep and continuing to accumulate. They will come out of this stronger than ever. Cameron is building a legacy here. He's accomplished tons already and I truly believe he will be successful. I'm happy to come along for the ride and I'm thankful I discovered this diamond in the rough before it gets recognized by the market.
