Perhaps an announcement in the next few weeks that will require ratification on March 29, 2023.

They are all Annual and Special meetings, including last years meeting. Votes are usually to confirm the Board of Directors positions, which practically never fail. I am not suggesting they should fail, just saying they dont normally without a shareholder uprising, which i do not know of here. Its very possible there is not anything new at that meeting, although nothing precludes that I suppose.

AGM is a requirement for each year, but they have never announced AGM and Special meeting before. Wether that means anything or not that is what brings speculation.
