Their usual posts usually make a comment as to whether the deal is "material" or not, so the absence of such a comment likely means this one is not material at least in a revenue sense. However, showing the advantages of PoC in remote communities (which exist in every country in the world), may well be material in the long run. I agree with you, I will take all the positive
