Haywood securities.

One of the things that gives me comfort as a shareholder is the share buyback.
Means the company believes in itself enough to use available cash to reduce the float.

Notwithstanding the fact that we will probably issue more in options than we buyback, i guess that is another conversation.

However, they are allowed to buy back 11,500 shares per day.

Today they bought 3,500
Yesterday they bought 500
Friday 10th, they bought 2000

Might be something to keep an eye out for.......could be rules related, not sure but we should watch.

Overall volumes have been very low for some time so I think this is likely impacting their buyback volume. There are a ton of rules I wouldn't read too much into it. I mean someone transacted on like 7 shares this morning - way to put that toonie to work!! Lol what a joke, news can't come soon enough, still crickets and third quarter just a couple weeks away. I may be mistaken but I think I remember management saying that the buyback would be more than the options granted. So that's a benefit for the shareholders.  I'm not sure of the exact rules but I think the company must sit on the BID and cannot hit the ASK. If nobody is willing to sell to them they must sit on the BID and wait.  Hence, there are some days where they only pick up ...more
