A prototype that needs to be field tested. Therefore a delay as a protype is devloped and tested.
AND it is the national companies that will make up the bulk of their market.  They clearly needed improvements to the first CRT, , thus they are working on new improved prototype  It goes without saying what they are on the path too is impressive. A wise investor always investigates potential problems and you view the "enhanced" CRT as a  temporary problem, even though it's being introduced in the current quarter. I think that's not a big, if any delay, to the end of the rainbow which is the TR intregrated suite which has other components that have yet to be commercialized.
