Hard stock to figure - perplexing!

Good order backlog, no debt , price targets much higher yet we seen stuck in the $8.25-$8.50 range.

Anybody have any insight as to why this company can't seem to get any positive momentum?

Lack of a dividend perhaps.

I own shares and like the prospects very much , just a bit perplexed at the share price?

Very cheap.  I own a lot of this in the low $8 range.   I think there is just plain fear of a recession and a mining pull-back as a result.  Higher interest rates also negatively effect this capital intensive business.

Yes, that definitely could be it, sure seems to be a great value down at these levels.
