Meg had 1,6 B in debt exiting Q2 (Check the Financials) As far as reaching 2nd debt level it all depends how much money they made in Q3 & what you expect Q4 will be like. I don't think meg was able to purchase 75% of their fcf in debt, as the notes became to exspensive & the sellers dried up. Does the model change if the debt hasn't been paid off but the cash is in the
