Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - July 25, 2024) - Baytex Energy Corp. Excellent news this AM.. that divi will allow dividend funds to buy in now.. a whole new group of investment houses that couldn't before.. I also agree with  some posters here we could see a steady increase in divi's over the coming quarters as the debt gets paid off.. I'm a happy camper with these numbers..!! ;-)

The divi is so insanely small I doubt it gets anyone excited poor timing I think. A nothin burger sadly

The point is, it allows "divedend only" funds the ability to buy in.. the more buyers the better.. and I'll guarantee you they see the bigger picture with increased divi's going forward.. all we need is for WTI to stay above that $75 USD level and its a money machine..!

I understand that...they should had waited and made it more substantial then perhaps some of those funds would have gotten excited to jump on doesnt look like that's happening

Oh ya... its happening, I'll guarantee that.. the problem is crude has been soft for a couple weeks now.. and these divi funds are more than happy to buy on weakness.. buy low sell high wins the game.. ;-)
