Revised outlook

My target had been to reach $30 within 2 years.
I am leaving my target unchanged but my timeline
has now shrunk to just one year.

in March 2022 we will have final 2021 results and
guidance for 2022.

Cap rates have shrunk all over the place and new income
will be on deck.

My guess is only about 7% higher than 30 months prior
to that date.

$33 to $35 should happen during calendar 2022.

The payout will likely rise by an incremental amount
but still remain miserly.
