New shareholder!

This will be an rrsp stock for me for years. I want to collect dividends and hopefully this stock will reach $30-$40 range and pay out more divi (would like to see a 3-6% soon).

I'm in it for the long haul too and hoping that the management can compound growth over the long term like CAPREIT did.

Dividends You have made a good choice. you would like a 3% to 6% payout The 3% could happen.  But 6% .... good luck with that. It will not happen during this decade. mat
