What's Wrong With Excelsior

Crux Investors put out a quite negative piece on Excelsior yesterday. It can be found on the InvestorsHub site. It questions the technology behind the EXMGF production process, including what differentiates it from Taseko. I am not a geologist, nor a mining engineer. However, it raises disturbing issues that need to be answered immediately by management. Several posters on this board have raised questions in the past re lack of insider buyer, hard to explain personnel moves, lack of communication by the company, apparent slow progess toward reaching commercial production rates, etc. This analysis perhaps gives some explanations for what the real issues are. Only a prompt and complete response by management can resolve the strong doubts that Crux has raised in my mind.

CRUX is an incoherent mumbling buffoon who knows nothing. Go seed your false propaganda elsewhere please

There's one blatant lie in this CRUX trash....the insinuation that Covid was an excuse to shut down...BS...there was NO sulfuric acid being produced either in Mexico or the US. Every mine and plant that produced Sulfuric Acid was also shut down.  This is an absolute lie.

Interesting. Whenever you see an article like this, always try to figure out the incentives behind it. I guess it took him 50+ hr to write this. Evryone knows that there were issues at start up, and there is added concern that this is unconventional technology. Crux claims that th deposit was passed on by several mining companies before. Well guess what, this was 20+ years ago. Insitu mining is ...more

The Crux article is a POSt hit piece.  No author listed?  Why is that?  No position in the stock disclosed?  Why is that?  Articles on Seeking Alpha, for example, disclose not only the author's name but whether they are long or short.  The cynic in me thinks the author of the article made a bundle yesterday shorting MIN. I've heard from people who know better ...more

Exactly! Particularly the part about "using Covid as an excuse"....That's a complete lie. Arizona had the highest Covid rate in the world for a time. They were ordered to shut down.  Sulfuric Acid could not be had anywhere as the Mexican supply was shut in due to labor strife and Covid and all the big mines that produce Sulfuric Acid for their own use and sale were 100% shut ...more

Hi Arizona Billy, Would greatly appreciate if you could share the comments your expert friend shared on the errors in the Crux article as it would help to ease some of our minds. Thanks!

Got questions....ask the company.

I did, they gave me one example of something false, but they obviously aren't spend time going to go through all of the errors of that entire lengthy document with an individual.
