still up about a dollar plus they just increased dividend by 6% and yes also announced some special dividend for 2024. So far so good despite missing earnings .

You really need to watch your misinformation... They have NOT announced a Special Dividend, they stated they "anticipate" to payout a special dividend in Q1 next year as they expect to have distributable income for the year above the current payout...

  And this is why you watch your mis-information... They have walked back their statement this Quarter saying they 'no longer anticipate to make a special dividend payment in early 2024, and if by chance they do they don't expect it to be significant'...

noticing not much happening as I am still waiting for a special dividend announcement. I  am getting one from SRV.UN.

As I am passing by again no special dividend as management stated but increased dividend by 5.4% . So I take it and as I wait I hydrate.

I believe thier maths is wrong... a 4 cent increase on 1.52 is only 2.6% increase.. is it not? 1.56/1.52 = 1.02631 or 2.6% Have I done something wrong?

No their math is accurate.  It's based on the 2023 annualized. There were two dividend payments at $0.36 and two at $0.38. This totals $1.48 for 2023. If they now pay 4 dividends of $0.39/share, it totals $1.56. $1.56 / $1.48 = 1.054

  Ok yes that does make the maths make sense. It does seem like an odd way to look at it unless your are summarizing its history. Them using it that way tho makes it sound better than it is as the raise is rather small. It also seems odd that they indicated the intent to pay a special dividend (which in the past most have been fairly significant, 97 and 85 cent & were paid in
