Alacer merged with SSR so didnt really drop from the top 15 as SSRM is now the 3rd biggest holding... KL had a great Q report and was down over 3 % at one point today. Hard to figure. Mouserman, Based on the last known Top 15 holdings, I would estimate that MMP.UN's Net Asset Value  rose about $0.14 today, This morning's NAV was posted as $2.4620  so we should see somewhere around $2.60 posted tomorrow morning. Let's see how close the tracking is, we should be getting an update for the monthly portfolio holdings in two weeks or there abouts. Alot will ...more

The monthly distribution needs to be increased to at least $0.015 per unit, maybe even $0.02 .... or this fund will continue to trade substantially below its NAV. Makes no sense in a bull market for gold/silver prices ...more

For sure , i think they need to rethink the distribution and raise it even a half penny would help. MMP.un now a better buy than PME, as it trades at nearly a 15% DISCOUNT to nav. However the yield here certainly not very attractive at just over 5%... PME not much better. BUT it is the capital gains that will make these pop. I think the gold miners will have another really good day, and when gold ...more
