Dumps all his shares then quits? That's not a good look. Dudes been around since 2015, so he's clearly found better investments than MND and has lost all faith in this company's direction. I managed to listen to the earnings call and it seems like there is absolutely no desire to return capital to the shareholder via buybacks or dividends even though there's a lot of cash in the ...more

did he quit or he asked to leave? shareholders did not like his selling of shares as was clearly evident on the earnings call. juniors paying dividend is never a good idea. they already have a share buying program in place. gold put contracts give you a bottom safeguard but open upside. i think its a very good move.  dominic will be missed why? the company was bankrupt under him. the new ...more

It's not fair to say I know if that conversation was had (it'd be speculation) but officially he resigned. By the looks of it he dumped all his shares (only one share holder mentioned it briefly during the earnings call) then shortly resigns. He was with the company for a long time and shareholders weren't complaining so I don't think your right on that. If they only had a gold ...more

the board member was forced to resign IMHO; no one just leaves after so many years a few weeks after selling shares. poor behaviour by an old timer dominic left 1.5 year ago, so his "set up" was a bankrupt company with huge debt a little cash. the new team CEO has done a great job, paid off the debt, has kept production cost lower.  i think you dont understand the hedging so go ...more

You really can't do basic deduction can you? Your opinion is pure speculation because officially he resigned. If someone dumps shares in one company then buys shares in another you can reasonably assume they see a better investment. Even the CEO tried to lie on the earnings call that the shares were dumped due to "personal financial troubles" but comedicly the caller pointed out that ...more
