Questions for Killr.

Are you certain Sentient has any royalty interest in the Cabacal project? To my knowledge, at the time of the royalty interest being raised to 3% on the portfolio of Brazilian projects, Cabacal had not been acquired.

Do you think the royalty agreement included any future acquisitions Meridian may have made subsequent to the ammended royalty agreement with Sentient taking effect?

Are you supportive of Sentient participating in the current placement if that suggestion of yours is based on something more than an argumentive point with TFSAfunds?

Cash is cash but that suggestion got my attention.

I'm trying to square your suggestion with this company statement "Meridian and Sentient have agreed that to provide the maximum exposure to future growth of the Company for incoming investors, Sentient will return approximately 95% of its shareholding, for no cash consideration to treasury and that these shares will be then cancelled. The number wasn't pulled out of their bunghole. The royalty is ...more

I tend to agree with you here Freddie and I made note of this back in late August with a post.  The $2.50 mark was not written in fairy dust...  Getting there would make cancelling the shares look pretty smart now wouldn't?  As you note there is a lot that needs to be worked and aligned but it's not out of the question.  P
