First, thanks for responding! You must be exhausted, I've NEVER seen you write so much at one time! lol

Second, let me reiterate... 
"People see what they want to see, in order to believe what they want to believe!" Those heavily invested here will NEVER accept the possibility this won't come to fruition. Remember... Grimey still believes manganese is the saviour here! 

Question of Fact (1)... If this Company had so much potential, why did it get nowhere? Why don't we have proven resources? Why don't we have contracts? Remember, it was dig, wash and ship with minimal cost... WTF happened? A real no-brainer? Didn't they also say they were working on moving us up to the big board... TSX? What happened to that, they said we met all the requirements? Nah, they wouldn't "gild the lily" (lie), would they? Annual shareholder meetings are more about promotion and  making you feel good than about honesty and straightforwardness! Think back to the ones you attended and then what transpired vs what you walked away thinking!

Question of Fact(2)... Dropping Mn prices should not have had such a dramatic effect! The Company had hired "Yuki", how many contracts did she get? We were supposed to lock up the country's entire fertilizer market of 80K tonnes/annum (roughly), did we ever sell any? And for our biggest contract, they didn't know the type of ship to use... how f'uckin' funny was that! It was management incompetence and overspending to build the Rolls Royce of processing facilities that did them in!

Question of Fact(3)... Ethics? Not sure what that has to do with my original question? But, when was the last time, save for the restructuring, that the Company displayed accountability to the shareholder?... yes, that's you!

Question of Fact(4)... Land? And what is being done with it? When is the last time they explored for manganese? tin? other metals? Land claims cost money! How many times has Clark said the focus now is STRICTLY Cabacal!!! Pay attention Grimey... re-read my second paragraph!

Question of Fact(5)... Huge resource? Prove it! They haven't, so how can you know? And I refer to all the minerals... Mn,Sn, Cu, Au, Ag, et al  After sooo many years, they still haven't proven up a single resource! Grimey, you could have more gold in your own backyard for all you know...  Just because someone invests, it DOES NOT MEAN the resource is there!!! 3% NSR means NOTHING! Does not prove there is ANY resource! Remember... Meridian can buy back the NSR for $2 million on each of the 3 projects... why so cheap??? That, actually tells me that they don't believe there is much resource there! Get my point? And I don't have a clue in what's been discovered there? Grimey, please tell me just what has been discovered... not what you think or hope or pray that is there... give me NUMBERS, not wishes!

Question of Fact(6)... Sentients DD? Recall, Sentient couldn't even figure out Cancana's value in the beginning... $6 million got cut in half immediately... good DD don't you think? Companies make mistakes! Maybe Andrew Male was actually a consummate salesman and totally conned Sentient? And also bear in mind, this was Anthony Julian's first kick at the cat developing a project for Sentient... so where is he now?  lol  There is still a big Australian flavour to this whole thing... maybe "nepotism" is a big problem? 

Greatest ride of your life? Isn't that supposed to be the wife??? lol Get on it!

In conclusion..."People see what they want to see, in order to believe what they want to believe!" You HAVE put your money where your mouth is, I hope it works. Or are you putting your mouth where your money is, because it has to work???
