When you can afford them!!

Some advice from an old trader: when you have the financial resources invest in companies like Agnico Eagle and Franco Nevada. Stop wasting your time on these start ups because you will never accumulate wealth. You have to invest in 5 or 6 exploration companies and hope at least one hits pay dirt. Dom
