Hey Palfry. This meeting is interesting and has come out of nowhere. A buyout, merger, spinout? Hopefully News in the Morning. IGWT.

Just spoke with management. Shareholders have to vote to Authorize the issuance of the new shares because we are a UK Company trading in Toronto. I guess we vote on the buyout next month...lol!

After further sober review there is only one way to vote.  Althernative is not good.  2023 has to be better. No way it can be worse.  With no warrants the raise price is better than ot looks.  Much better
