Well obviously I was referring to a fiscal year not calendar year when I said I would not post here till new year. lol my thoughts   pokn wins the bet with trades.  If I was in Vegas I would double down on the cards as I see them now. Randys1 ... recall Cormark indicating a $25,000,000 equity raise in Q4 2022. Raising about $6,000,000 at half the unit price as what Cormark projected. Ask yourself ... if Cormark was  that wrong regarding this raise ... how right could their share price target be? The bottom should be in but ......................

Yes the bottom should be in and we would all be smart to load up down here.  I am, as whoever is funding this raise is going to move it higher IMO.   Yes Cormark report projected that large raise in Q4 but I think the poor markets have everything way off track.  Even the mighty FILO took it on the chin and is just starting to recover.  Our recovery starts in January

The thing to watch in the PEA is going to be CAPEX. Cormark had it projected at USD $325,000,000 but if it comes in at closer to USD $500,000,000 ... it's going to be a problem. Other than that the addition of a fairly significant 35 cent papered headwind shouldn't be an overly difficult burden.
