Counter point ... Maxey stumped up pretty significantly for the placement. 

Where does one put more weight? I suppose the current market price is giving guidance on the matter considering Maxey is still well in the money.

Even if he is in the money you don't put up a million to average up.   He believes where this is going.  Thompson is and interesting one  I can't believe he is on the board and doesn't believe in the company

Randys1 ... Thompson was touted as the copper guru early in the play.  It's weird he let those warrants expire ... especially when he cashed out on a chunk of shares last year.

Could this be the reason  Thompson let his Shares expire??.Maybe a better price was to be had!!!
