Nobody is selling. I like it. Seems like calm before the Storm...lol. Gotta be some News out after Meridian is Cashed Up and the Bought Deal is closed. We've been waiting on the Jaburi/Rio Madira Update for a long time. Hopefully something out on that soon!

Nobody is selling. Or is it more a case of nobody is buying? Into whose hands are those 32 million shares going? If they're only in it for a fast return of 10 or 20 percent, that's quite the headwind we're looking at... I didn't see a "hold" period on those shares, so if news does come after May 2nd, it'll be interesting to see the trading patterns!  News only

Obviously this raise was needed for more drilling.  They only wanted $8M, but in two hours it was a done deal at $16M.  I would guess the drill results released next will show some chance at reasonable high grade copper tonnage in the new zone.  As I recall we also got 1 oz AU in that zone, which is not part of the overprint.  VERY INTERESTING!!   This all looks good

Yes listening to mining daily podcast with a market guy he was saying how hard it is yet for juniors to raise money in mining sector and bio tech.  Raising 16 million would speak to the quality and potential and derisking of the project IMO.   While my perogative is not to be happy with the pricing I am happy that we are cashed up and able to drill like crazy I would think.

Anybody who believes the full amount wasn't already lined up ... rather ... $8,000,000 was sought and in two hours $16,000,000 came a knocking would be a complete fool. All that happened was a cheap raise that was justified after they ran it up on that one hole result and then the applicable discount applied making all look kosher. The upsizing tout was an obvious pump job and they did as

I give up.........Freddie is a genious.   Fundamentals mean nothing.....market manipulation rules!!   Why doesn't he just retire?  Just one more negative Nellie.   The PEA speaks for itself.  Evenually we will be at $2.00 and I will still have my shares.  That's the bottom line.

Pfaffgau ... I'm not a genius at all and neither are you ... we can agree on that point. As an investor or trader ... one would think the definition of value would be having your initial dollars growing into many more dollars. Viewing value as being the numbers reflected in a PEA or more advanced feasibilty studies or even mine construction/development/operations that see the necessary share
