Meridian Mining U.K. to list 36.8 million more shares 2023-04-28 16:08 ET - Prospectus Approved The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Meridian Mining

U.K. Societas will list an additional 36.8 million shares at the open on May 2, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at 50 cents per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated April 26, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Feb. 24, 2023.
