We are down  2 cents on low volume, when the paper dries up you bring it down in hopes that more paper will come out and when it dosn't you have to take it higher.Next area for paper is in the 60's.

From what i see there is a never ending supply of paper coming out.   50's for a while hopefully not lower.  Wall at 60 yesterday and they just kept putting more up at 59 or lower.
