Just an observation! please call me out if I am wrong. Filo's sucsess comes from working hard to bring the stock price up. Now if there is a buyout they are working from a position of strength..As i have seen in the past ,with certain companies such as say ,,,,Sentient,,, They seem to diminish shareprice and frustrate shareholders then proceed with a backdoor sale of the asset.. FILO is backed by the Lundin family. A group that knows how to drive up a valuation and have it reflect in a share price. As for the Sentient group and this dog .... it makes no difference if they still own some shares as Clark is a proxy of sorts when it comes to tactics and driving value ... and added to that ... the family offices and institutions Clark has attracted are specks of dust ...more
