Mogo (MOGO) this morning announced that it was making its first foray into the non-fungible token (NFT) space with a strategic investment in NFT Trader (Private), a Canadian firm that operates a peer-to-peer, over-the-counter (OTC) NFT trading platform. We view NFTs as a natural extension of MOGO’s platform beyond the facilitation of trading equities and cryptocurrencies, and we expect shares of MOGO to respond favorably to the news of the expansion during today’s trading session.
