Another loss - $33M this time, or even a bit more if you exclude the derivatives that they hoped would reduce their losses further. Clearly this business model is hoping to make its money on asset gains and a return of value through crypto and some of its equity investments. I guess that's whjy they're hoping to spin off their investments into a separate fund to get them off the main balance sheet.  I'm not sure what good that will do - if half your business is propepping up your investments whiel they go south, the balance sheet will find that too.  

Just a note - in December they guided to 80M revenue up from 70M and missed by a long shot.  That's the question that needs to be asked.  What assumptions are these guys making that are so wrong so often?
