Management Compensation

So management decided to do a reverse 3:1 split crippling the company to a 36M market cap. The company is down 23% for 12 months, 55% past 2 years, 88% over past 5 years.

My question is did Management and the board adjust their compensation lower to comensate.

I doubt it very much!

I believe Ceo and president take home $1M per year, special advisor $250K, board menbers????

How does a company with a $36M market cap have 200 employess?

How does a company according to yahoo finance with negative 45% profitability and 36M market cap pay top two executives $2M annually between salary and options??
