Phillip C. Walford, a Director since December 3, 2009 and the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation from December 3, 2009 until August 19, 2019, will not be standing for re-election at the Meeting.

Walford has been selling his shares, in an orderly fashion, And now won't stand for re-election to the board.  The man is not young, and has a right to enjoy his life.   Still, it will be interesting to see if he retires from the other boards he's on.
