astfinancial.com is their website. No small potatoe and how they are getting names of shareholders. DF King Worldwide is an international agency holding company with focus on financial communications and stakeholder management. It was founded in 2007 by Oliver Niedermaier,[1] and Enzo Villani,[2] as Sage Holdings and rebranded as DF King Worldwide in November 2009. King Worldwide has a staff of ...more

I also got the call last night and spoke with a lady for about 2 minutes.  She asked if I had received the material for the AGM and would I be voting for the proposed Board of Directors and Audit firm.  Pretty standard stuff,  Said the deadline for the vote to be submitted was August 6th.  I think the AGM is around Aug 10th.  Told her I was in agreement with the BOD and ...more

I don't understand what business it is of that company to ask shareholders who or what or how they intend to vote at the AGM. I have not been called and voted several weeks ago. I would be interested to know what Marathon's opinion is of this company and why they are contacting shareholders. Most of all who gave them names or how did they get private information and phone calls.

Curse. For te most part you are correct, however I  don't think thay can diseminate news to a second and in this case third party affiliates down the line giving shareholders phone numbers most likely addresses without just cause as in the case of dispute or corporate issue requiring a legal firms action. I'm going to look into this to see what the truth is and why an Amercan company ...more

I frequently get calls asking if I'm going to vote for the AGM proposals.  Usually done when there is someone pushing against the proposals.  It's no big deal, except when there is something especially contentious and they have a concern.  Not sure if that's the case in MOZ, but welcome your investigation.
