I think what Manson is saying is

We will issue more shares later on when we need money for drilling and more studies.

They have done a PEA,  FS shortly, and then the DFS or same as BFS.

And they have what $51 million.

But as BGGraham said I think they will weigh more heavily on the shareprice not only because they have close too 3 million shares too cover. And they are not going too cover easily, they will fight any increase in shareprice. They are most likely thinkin Manson"s gonna want more money ?

So how does the market react to this is my question.  Funding to finance more projects is positive IMO. Let's hope. We'll see on the morning.

This prospectus is for raising funds to build the mine.

Perhaps it's just Manson's timing. Yes they do need to raise more cash perhaps it would have been better to wait until there is a resource estimate from the Berry Zone? In addition there are events needed, approvals such as environmental concerns however they would still need cash before that event takes place. One thing to be said of Manson and Company they have the expertice and knowledge ...more

This is just a preliminary step.  Gives them years before they have to act on financing if they want but its a box that needed to be checked.  Everyone knows they need to raise money for the mine build so this shouldn't be a suprise.  It is essentially a box that needed to be checked on the path to building the mine so why not get it done so you can move on to the next thing ...more

Thinking ahead here and filing a shelf prospectus for future consideration. Valid for 25 months as we work through environmental assessment, engineering, project financing and ongoing exploration at #ValentineGoldProject

Current price slippage has nothing to do with this.  Saves legal and filing costs.  Shows they have options readily available.  I hope they never have to use it. tC

Curse Me as well but given Manson's past he is agressive. Perhaps good upfront expectations? OFF TOPIC BELOW ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ridge. No problem. As I stated I start with the belief that you arescum...if not, just ignorant of opportunity?  Would seem that the idea of investing is buy low, sell ...more

Bottom line Jerry is just a tired little bore. Responding to him just feeds his need for attention. If we're lucky he'll be at the bottom of the pit at Valentine Lake in 12 years when they start to fill it in.
