Average of $0.44
One more go around on this...
My present holding is 50K shars of MOZ at an average purchase price of $0.44... as follows:
* 20000 @ $0.15 .... $3000
* 15000 @ $0,39 .... $5850
* 8000 @ $0.67 .... $5360
* 7000 @ $1.14 .... $7980
These 4 purchases were made between Nov/15 and Mar/17. All purchases were bought at or near the high price of the day... never did have much luck with hitting the lows.
This investment is being held in my TFSA... none of these shares have been sold. Thus, those 50K shares, at a total purchase price of $22190 equates to an average share price of ~$0.44.
Now... since that total initial investment, I have as I stated, purchased MOZ shares... buying at the price examples (and others) that I presented in my previous post. Maybe I should say that buying/selling of those shares ocurs in a non-TFSA account.
AlwaysLong, I'm not sure why you can't fathom being able to buy/sell at the prices I presented... MOZ shares have traded in those ranges on a number of ocassions. So in terms of doubt and fathom... "have at it"... "fill yer boots".
My only regret is similiar to that of theCurse, and not selling my present (initial) TFSA holding when MOZ was trading above $3 on so many trading days in 2021... but alas, who knew!
As I stated previously... so much noise... that initial investment still sits in my TFSA (shoebox)... hopefully I'll (and you folks) will still get the chance to cash in at $3 or higher... fingers crossed.
I hear rain and wind... sounds like FIONA is just around the corner...time to hunker down!

Interesting tax free saving estimate but that assumes no profit for 3 years? Personally i had almost triple the maximum by year 3! Just saying!

So just to let you know my tax free savings is now just over 200k! So I am not sure how you assign contribution room that is not in the early years to be some maximum input!
