> So MOZ & CXB entered MERGER ?? discussions early Sept of this yr (with MOZ sp averaging ~.73 cents) ...then orchestrated a SP crash to ~ .50 cents thru October ...and now they expect me to consider this offer...
as a 32% premium to the 20 day "VWAP" ?? ...whaat a Crock-of-$hit ...and apparently all legal ??

It's a slap in the face to all shareholders even the ones who made a few bucks. There will be Wall St lawyers all over this with suits against MOZ and Manson. Worst CEO in the history of mining. Total scumbag. This happened once before to me when Island Gold got sold for dirt to Alamos. Gave away a gem and stiffed everyone. Anyway I'm out so should shut up and go ...more
