Manson in the press release: "We are proud of the work accomplished to date by the Marathon team."

I'd be proud too. It must've been almost impossible to make sure that absolutely everyone who wasn't being given "free" shares by the "Compensation Committee" lost on their involvement in this company.

I didn't have high hopes anymore, but congratulations, MOZ, on bringing this in far below my sense of the reasonable worst outcome.

hope all you guys aren't selling into that nonsense bid & all holding out for that 20 pct premium on todays low balls price, coz that's why the walls there to get ya all to sell, don't be numb nuts and cave

It's not a cash deal so any movement in MOZ is tied to CXB moves.  The ratio is fixed. If CXB dumps so too will MOZ which it knows how to do very well.  Of course the opposite is true but I wouldn't bet on anything good happening to MOZ...the company Manson destroyed
