It never made any sense for Blackrock (unless rules on SP or market cap) to sell out at 1/2 price of the PP of last September.  none. the lowest point of the whatever curve. This is the smelliest takeovers i have been a part of in the gold sector.  And i have been on both ends of the stick....and many times and over a couple of decades. tC
